Home Pro U.S.A. Realtors allows the broker/agent to negotiate the commission with their client. This allows you much more freedom in a very competitive market. Or how about working with friends or family members?!
Commission rates will not be determined by the managing broker.
Home Pro U.S.A. Realtors shall receive 7% of an agents income per transaction. That is a 93%-7% split.
There is a $25 fee collected per transaction for the Errors and Omissions Insurance Premium which is provided by Pearl Insurance Company.
Home Pro U.S.A. Realtors also provides:

- Home Pro U.S.A. Realtors website
- Home Pro U.S.A. Realtors email address
- The handling of the earnest money in accordance with Indiana law

- MIBOR Fees-includes tech fees, MIBOR fees, NAR fees
- Licensing fees
- Lockboxes
- Name riders or other riders
- Showing time (if wanted)-$25/listing
- Continuing education courses
- Zipforms through NAR
- Docusign
Ask us about our Home Pro U.S.A. Realtors store! We carry signs, name plates and riders, lock boxes, and other promotional items. These items can be purchased through our company in minimal quantities.
